I digged into this and in the new sources of Bugzilla I am unable to
find the method AppendComment. I have already started to substitute
this with the add_comment method, but this does not work correctly,
right now.
As soon as I have some results, I will report back.

I think you are not able to load the Bugzilla source. Perhaps due to a
permissions error.
