Hi Drew, With regards to the "non-bug related activity", is there any reason your engineers couldn't file "enhancement"-type bugs for that work? I've never considered being forced to specify a bug ID to be a burden - all the bug tracking software I've ever used is fairly easy to operate once you know how to use it!
