Great, It works ! We need to export the PROJECT variable before starting the instance. Now I am able to commit the changes and in SVN for multiple databases.

The Bugzilla-Code will recognize the set PROJECT and read the proper localconfig itself. It now reads the wrong one because you didn't set it and localconfig is always the fallback.

"Don't forget to also export this variable before accessing Bugzilla by other means, such as cron tasks for instance."
