Normally SCMBug tries to create branches your created in SVN as
versions for products with the same name as the repository in
Bugzilla. I'm not sure if it tries to delete them already if you
delete the corresponding tag in SVN, but maybe the case try to delete
a version from a Bugzilla product while Bugzilla product names are not
used isn't handled correctly, regardless of a version even exists.

Did you try to delete Tags before?

I think it should work if you delete/comment the entry for 'tags'.
