By editing the label_directories, I was able to delete the branch.

An ugly side effect is printed in the comment when it does not know
what branch it is in:


Branch:        Cannot_be_determined
Affected files:
---------------
5300 --> NONE LT:lt/Source/branches/CoreBreakout/


So the label_directories hack will work but it's not pretty.
