Hi Francois, General support for Subversion 1.4.x was added a long time ago:
http://bugzilla.mkgnu.net/show_bug.cgi?id=835 I don't see a reason why Subversion 1.4.5 would work and 1.4.6 wouldn't. Do you have a particular error message Trac reports in mind, or a particular change that occurred between Subversion 1.4.5 and 1.4.6 ? Searching the mailing list archives, I see various users reported that they used Scmbug with Subversion 1.4.6 successfully. It should work as expected.
