I didn't understand your setup, where are SCMBug, Bugzilla and
Subversion installed? How is Subversion started, could you post the
command line, especially the path to the root of your repositories?
Sounds like Subversion is situated on one machine and the bare data is
just avaliable as a share from another server? It my be that
Subversion calls his hooks in a way where normally mapped network
drives for the user running Subversion are not available.
