Integration with JIRA is not supported yet, although a patch has surfaced: http://bugzilla.mkgnu.net/show_bug.cgi?id=984 Also, Scmbug does not have a messaging queue that will queue up data from SVN. Instead, it would refuse committing updates if JIRA is not available.
