I'm sorry to hear this. Have you upgraded CVS recently ?

What version of Scmbug were you running before ?

I have a feeling that this is because Scmbug is still using the 1.11.x
CVS hooks and format even though you upgraded CVS to 1.12.x. If you were
to completely remove the glue and hooks and reinstall, the issue would
like be corrected.

Wow, I thought you had had that working...

I'm pretty sure the issue is an originally working scmbug+cvs combination
and later an upgrade of CVS.
