Actually "repos" is my repository name.
Are there any files that get updated when the glue is installed that do
not exist within the hooks directory tree?

In your earlier posts I read some errors regarding finding the needed
files or directories for the glue installation in your repository
directory and because "repos" is normally no repository name, but more
likely a folder to save some repositorys in it, I would recommend to
post the output of "tree J:\SVN\repos".
