My experience is on CentOS 5.4 (x86_64) /official yum repositories +
rpmforge/ - practically this is the same as Red Hat; perl 5.8.8; MySQL
5.0.77; svn 1.6.11 (from http://www.wandisco.com/); Apache 2.2.3-31; scmbug
- from .rpm packages.

(The versions you've mentioned will probably work fine too).

For Perl modules you should check Bugzilla-s requirements: it needs certain
perl module versions. I've tried to install whatever I can from the yum
repositories. Then I used Bugzilla's ./checksetup.pl script which advises
how you can install the still unsatisfied dependencies
(./install-module.plsomething... - which places these new Perl modules
under Bugzilla's
installation folder so it doesn't "mess up" your official (from rpm)
packages).

I've also tested a similar setup on Ubuntu Linux 9.10 (10.04 probably works
fine too: I'll test this soon) using scmbug .deb packages. Situation is
similar as on CentOS - just the automatic startup script had to be patched
(I've uploaded the relevant patch on this mailing list too a month or two
ago).

Yavor
