My Bugzilla installation directory is c:/bugzilla/bugzilla-3.4.7 The line Compilation failed in require at C:/Bugzilla/bugzilla-3.4.7/Bugzilla.pm line 42. clearly shows that the Bugzilla.pm file *is* found, but has compilation errors. This seems strange to me since Bugzilla works just fine (albeit without scm integration). Also, checksetup.pl shows no missing packages. Seems to me more like a Perl / CGI error...see C:/Perl/lib/CGI.pm line 822 Seems like Bugzilla.pm tries to use Bugzilla::CGI that in turn tries to use Perl's CGI.pm that in turn dies in this method: 820># put a filehandle into binary mode (DOS) 821>sub binmode { 822> return unless defined($_[1]) && defined fileno($_[1]); 823> CORE::binmode($_[1]); 824>} Any hints on this one? Additional info: OS: Windows XP Bugzilla 3.4.7 scmbug 0.26.18 ActivePerl 5.8 also tried ActivePerl 5.10 -> same results Apache 2.2 No spaces in any paths Full Access granted to Everyone on Bugzilla, scmbug and Perl folders, as well as on C:/Temp Already tried every fix proposed in the line of comments - without success.
