Hi Kristis, Thanks. I didn't update scmbug. The only update I did is some perl modules and updated SVN through yum. Also i tried changed the permission for RT instllation directory, still doesn't work. The error I listed below is the only one in activity.log. No error in error.log. Please advise, Thanks, Ben

I'm pretty sure the error is related to not properly reading the RT packages. Could you check if it might be a permissions error?
