It's in GS's collection and the Gordon Highlanders book, neither of
which I've got at home. If you don't find it by Friday I can transcribe
it for you.
The only Alfred E. Milne I know of was an early 20th century geometer
who wrote a couple of papers about relativity theory of the "betcha
never thought it could get this weird" variety. Presumably not the
same guy, though the problem of tuning two pipe bands marching at
relativistic speeds in different inertial frames is kinda neat; each
would think the other was sharp.
