I can't remember the title, but it's on "Tilt of the Kilt" (a tartan
shortbread-tin tape I have to confess to listening to a lot when alone
as an au pair in Germany). I'll see if I can find it and see what it
was called.

I could sing it to you, but it doesn't come across very well on
computer...

The words went something like

[Chorus]
For these are mny mountains, and this is my glen.
The braes of my childhood will know me again
<Two lines I've forgotten>

[Verse]
For fame and for fortune I wandered the earth
But now I come back to the lands of my birth
I <something> my treasures but only to find
They're less than the pleasures I first left behind.

There may be more, but I haven't listened to it for 10 years
(since I came back to Scotland).

HTH,

Ian
