That was me. It's a half-size reprint of Marshall's three main collections and the original "Kinrara" sheet done by Fiddlecase Books in the 1980s. I haven't seen another copy in years; if it's still available, I imagine Fiddler's Crossing will know where to get you one. Warning, the print quality is grotty - not very good originals and reducing them was not a good idea. I looked at Marshall's own copy of his 1822 collection once, to see what corrections he might have made to the printed version. Answer: none at all.
