Anyone interested in William Marshall's work might find "The Life and
Times of William Marshall" by Moyra Cowie useful. It contains a biography
of Marshall and a number of his tunes, includin a few recently-uncovered
ones which were previously unpublished. It also has extensive background
notes on many of the tunes.
