Sorry for cross-posting. I'm playing for a workshop teaching the 1st of
August step dance from South Uist in 4 weeks time.
Does anybody have the notation or abc for a pipe tune 'Coc ard' or the song
An Taillear Mr. I know that it is usually done to the White Cockade (which
is no doubt fundamentally the same as the pipe tune) - but I understand
that this may be because Tom Flett who collected and published the dance
assumed that they were the same tune.
Failing that a notation for St Joseph's hornpipe (reel ?) would be great.
PS - I've done the usual with google and John Chmabers abc finder - to no
avail.
Thanks
