If it bothers you that much maybe you should send a polite
letter to trading standards. I'm sure if people really are getting
ripped off then they will deal with it.
If you can get contact numbers or something of others who have
had the same problem to back it up then they should get it sorted,
unless of-course they're not doing anything wrong.
