How about 2.4.12? The changelog for 2.4.11 
(http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/ChangeLog-2.4.11) has some VM 
tweaks, and 2.4.12 
(http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.4/ChangeLog-2.4.12) has some 
other more minor fixes.
