Plus-net deleted my account with 6 hours warning in January saying I did not meet "acceptable use" policies. I asked for more info and they refused to talk. I looked at my machine and discovered I had inadvertently left a piece of software running which initiated a connection every ten minutes and removed it but they were not interested.
I then went to Demon and apart from one or two small hiccups have had no real problems using ISDN on the "premier" package (�40 p.m.).
