I suspect that would be 30 who placed orders before they tried to 
sort the page on Jan1. But there are several hundred (I'm guessing 
here) who were alerted that if a certain url was used then an 
"uncorrected" version of the page was available. I beleive this 
situation continued until the Monday morning when the sorted it 
properly. 
I certainly know of 4 folk who placed ordeers and going by the volume 
of traffic on other lists then several hundred UK-wide is a 
reasonable guess. I can report that the call centre staff sounded as 
if they had had to deal with a lot more than 30 disgruntled punters 
:-)

 Its going to cost a lot more than that. Plus I believe some greedy 
b****rs tried to order 50 or so at a time.
