That won't be a problem.  First thing to do is put everything back where it
came from and see if your machine boots the "old" way round.
Then, if it does, edit all the references to "/dev/hdb?" in /etc/fstab to be
"/dev/hdc" if the drive is set as master (you'll need to change the jumper)
or "/dev/hdd" if it's set to slave.  These changes won't take effect until
you reboot or do "mount -a".  Doing the latter is probably a Bad Idea at
this stage, so shutdown -t now, change the cables over, make sure that the
drive select letters are what you expect, then fire 'er up!
