Demon do unlimited dialup for �20/mth, with another �20 to BT for Surftime
Anytime (plus whatever your line rental is).  You will probably only be able
to use one 64k channel though.  Demon don't do 2hr/4hr/whatever line kicks,
and you can configure your account not to idle out (at
https://www.password.uk.demon.net/ while connected through them IIRC).  You
also have a static IP.

They've had packet loss issue recently which marred the service (and made me
leave to go to Freeserve's excellent ADSL service) - have a look at
news:demon.service and lurk a bit to see what's happening.  Under normal
circumstances, Demon are well worth the spend.
