Yea, but there is also the flip side of this, people like my self who have done just a little more than that, but have no previous and no papers to show it, and without any major income it is hard to get the papers to get the experience. There is a lot of untap-ed resources out there, the problem is most people are throwing the signal away with the noise. Easy way, do what they did in the interview I just had, have a pratical exam and then the questions, then you can see who has the problem solving skills and who does not. Yea, we do not want to discrouage this at all, heh, I may still yet get a job through that very thing. Yea, think of the little (well, no so little in RL, heh) person like me :) Take care all - RL -- MSN:[EMAIL PROTECTED] |"All that is etched in stone Yahoo:admroblaz AIM:admroblaz |is truly only scribbled in ICQ:66324927 |sand" - RL Jabber:[EMAIL PROTECTED] |Join Eff http://www.eff.org e-mail:[EMAIL PROTECTED]|Take care all - Rob Laz -------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.lug.org.uk http://www.linuxportal.co.uk http://www.linuxjob.co.uk http://www.linuxshop.co.uk --------------------------------------------------------------------
