Whilst we're making radical suggestions.. Currently, after the meeting, we congregate in the Counting House, but this is often very busy and crowded. Worse, even though there is no music, the abundance of loudmouthed fools (other than myself) makes it difficult to hear yourself think, IMHO. Since we want to keep the benefits of cheap beer, and no music, the only realistic alternative is probably the Crystal Palace. It's a little further to walk to, but is quite a bit bigger, and is further away from the very centre of the city, so should be quieter. I'd like to propose we either try the new venue out, or scout it out tonight. Comments etc welcome (here, or on #scotlug). -- Miah Gregory -------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.lug.org.uk http://www.linuxportal.co.uk http://www.linuxjob.co.uk http://www.linuxshop.co.uk --------------------------------------------------------------------
