Hi, what software would you recommend for webcam under Linux ? And : may be stupid question : but is the protocol/compression of such things more or less standard, i.e. : does it matter if the program on the other side is a different one and runs under windows ? (i don't see my folks, for instance, starting to use Linux just now) thanks,
