Hi,

I seem to remember someone doing a packet analysis of servers which were
used by Microsoft but didn't actually belong to them, it was for some
service or another (DNS?) which Microsoft had contracted out.

It was (allegedly) shown by the way the packets were made up that the
servers couldn't be Microsoft.

On a related note, I do remember reading on the Microsoft webpages
somewhere that they use UNIX to write CDs, their reason was quite good
in that virii made for Mircosoft then had less chance of infecting the
writing machine and hence the final CD... if you just want some random
ammunition though...

Has anyone ever written to Watchdog about a website not being accesible
from UNIX? It may be worth a try; after all, the watchdog studio seems
very fond of macs (probably just because they look good, though).

Thanks,

Allan
