Hi All, This is slightly off topic but may prove beneficial to someone.
We have a client who is looking to purchase support for a small network. I believe they are looking for both hardware and software support. What I know so far: Hardware: 1 x Viglen Server and 20 desktops. 5 laptops. Software: Desktops, Office etc. Server, MS Small Business Server I think, just use Proxy Server and Exchange AFAIK. Network: Small hub/switch. 64k leased line to ISP, will change to ADSL. I will be getting more details, including what level of support they want. They don't have stacks of cash, but will need someone who is established and well versed in supporting MS desktops/backoffice (the poor soul!). And ideally a company that consists of more than 1 employee, to ensure support during holidays/sickness. They're located off Woodlands Road, Glasgow. And I reckon they're also a good candidate for conversion to the ways of Open Source. So it could be considered a mission..
