Bloody typical. You spend a couple of months finding an alternative to 
Exchange then three come along at once!

For the benefit of the chap who was asking about shared calendars - 
Bynari produce
a product which allows you to use all of Outlook's functionality 
(including shared calendaring) from anIMAP server.
