Hi I was the chap asking about alternatives to Exchange. Many thanks for posting this link, it looks very interesting.
There is a 14 day trial version of the client to d/load (about 1 meg), and the server which runs under linux is a 60meg d/load. I'm brining it down our line tonight, and will try it whenever possible. If anyone has views on it, or has played with it, I'd be keen to hear what you think. You spend a couple of months finding an alternative to Exchange then three come along at once! For the benefit of the chap who was asking about shared calendars - Bynari produce a product which allows you to use all of Outlook's functionality (including shared calendaring) from anIMAP server. http://www.bynari.net/bynari/insightcon.html -- Colin McKinnon Computer Services Manager Everyone Wants -------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.lug.org.uk http://www.linuxportal.co.uk http://www.linuxjob.co.uk http://www.linuxshop.co.uk -------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.lug.org.uk http://www.linuxportal.co.uk http://www.linuxjob.co.uk http://www.linuxshop.co.uk --------------------------------------------------------------------
