I could certainly recommend Hostroute.co.uk. http://www.hostroute.co.uk/hostingplans.html I've got the Linux 200Mb Disk space option (9.95UKP/mo), and have been very pleased with it. I've contacted their support for relatively silly reasons (my own mistakes) and have had a prompt service each time (even on Sunday afternoons). It's a shared Linux box, RedHat IIRC, and you get ssh access.
