Hello,

I'm new to scratchbox and to this list. My name is Stefan and I will try
to develop some software for a Nokia 770.

My first problem is, that I cannot install the scratchbox packages
because the Packages.gz on http://scratchbox.org/debian is missing. I'm
new to debian but I found a similar problem in the list archive:
http://lists.scratchbox.org/pipermail/scratchbox-users/2006-April/000507.html

Which version are you trying to install? All versions I looked at
contained the package list...

The Maemo 2.2 tutorial recommends scratchbox 1.0.7 or do you mean the apophis version? I don't know what apophis is.

But is that a question of version? http://scratchbox.org/debian seems to me to be the parent dir for any version on the server.

According to the scratchbox installdoc I added "deb http://scratchbox.org/debian ./" to my /etc/apt/sources.list and executed "apt-get update" which already told me that there is no Package.gz.

Stefan
