I'm sorry, i didn't read your question well. I tried that now but its not
possible.
base.py: widget.connect("changed", options.has_changed)
for example throws exception in boolean_option.py
TypeError: <gtk.CheckButton object at 0x2ae9fa0 (GtkCheckButton at 0x3589ae0)>:
unknown signal name: changed
because it needs signal name "toggled"
