In essence, what you are saying is what I was implying in my previous post. I do not assume that every person on this list speaks English as their native language or for that matter, even speaks English. With that said, I am capable of passable French and Spanish and further, recognize the international flavor of this list - In fact, this is what makes this list as good as it is (At least, in my opinion).
