<To print to file, you should be able to go to the Windows Printer and Fax control panel, right-click on the printer of choice, and change the port to Print to File.> Thanks so much... an excellent tip of which I was unaware. I have now set up one of my virtual printers to Print to File as you indicate, but it locked up the computer when I tried to print. Will have to look into this and see what happened. Thanks again.
