Look at the bottom of your email and go to that address, ie http://lists.scribus.info/mailman/listinfo/scribus Fill in the Unsubscribe or Edit field provide password Set 'Mail Delivery' to 'Diabled' There, you can do it yourself, and when you come back, you can reenable it Owen
