Subject: The properties palette doesn't show up for any frames

Hi!
I'm using Scribus version 1.3.8 and when I'm trying to fire up the properties
palette for any kind of frame, nothing happens. I've been trying to do this
by right clicking on the object and selecting "properties", by selecting
"properties" from the "Windows" menu and by pressing F2. None of these
methods works at all.
Any suggestions?
