[scribus] False frames added

>From my experience with real work in Scribus such empty "false" frames are 
created during unsuccessful drag&drop action from outside of Scribus window.
Don`t know why but sometimes when I try to drag&drop images from system file 
manager (Dolphin in my case, us I work under Kubuntu) then instead dropping 
image into frame or creating new frame with image Scribus puts new empty image 
frame somewhere outside of pages.
