I doubt having different limbs will change much.
To extract you can use rd or scummrev, then you can look at it with
costview. Looking at the README from scummc-0.1.1, Hoagie's costume is
the #304 in room 61, iirc most global stuff is in this room, including
Bernard's and Laverne's costume.
