Hi, this is a LaTeX compile error.
You need to check the generated questionnaire.log file in the survey
dir and check why pdflatex is failing in your case.
If you can't find anything obvious, please provide the following
information:
* Version of SDAPS
* Exact version of example LaTeX file
* Attach questionnaire.log
