Hi,

A piclist user thought I should mention this here.

I've put together a very small set of example project templates using
free software tools for hardware development. Currently there is one
template for gEDA, and one for SDCC with pic 18f242's. I'm planning to
do a template for gpasm as well. The SDCC template has a Makefile and
supports modular compilation with each source file having it's own
object file. picp is the default programmer software used.

I've noticed there seems to be a real lack of examples of how to
actually use SDCC on PICs so hopefully this will help.
