It is not. I just mentioned both problems in the same mail.

True, it does not. That is why I (temporarily, see below) disabled the 
user self-registration.
Sdcc wiki doesn't know anything about SF users: it is not connected to 
SF users database. But it is possible to use OpenID.

I hope that mediawiki is the final step and that it will last for more 
time then previous attempts: trac, user mod wiki, wikispaces, wiki wiki 
tavi and only god knows what else we used in the past :-(

 From trac we used only the wiki part which is now transferred to 
mediawiki, so trac can be removed.

I don't intend to use the Allura wiki at all and stay with mediawiki. 
Reason: I don't intent to make an other wiki migration when sf changes 
it's mind!

Currently yes, but there are other options: using OpenID, captcha, ...
Now I'm waiting for the sf support response about mailing, then (or in 
mean time) I'll take a look for anti-spam options.
