Did you also install a SDL_ttf development package? If SDL Perl can't
find the headers, it can't build against the library.
I just made another snapshot that writes SDL::Config. This version will
skip tests for subsystems you don't have. If you have some time, can
you try it? I'd like to see blib/lib/SDL/Config.pm if it still gives
you trouble, as well as the test output.

Unfortunately, there's some out-of-datery in those files. After we get
this configured and building on Windows, we'll need to figure out what's
broken and how. The changes are likely pretty small, just updating them
to slightly different syntaxes.
