Sadly. I looked at this a few months ago too and found the process from windows perspective to be badly mangled. The process looked like a home brewed one ie non standard perl imodule nstall and thou it may have worked on unix it doesn't look like to me it ever did work on windows. Googleing the web shows not much activity, if any, with this. I would recomend using Python. There are is a host of hits and community involvement developing with python, including downloadable games and several graphic packages and tools, including Disney as a contributor. Although, the games I downloaded were either incomplete or lame, at least they exist. Google for it and you'll see.
