Good Subject.
Musically I love both albums the same. I can listen to all of them all the
way through.
But heres here I think How it feels is a little better. PRODUCTION!!!
the mixes on How It Feels I think are a little better. The Guitar tone is a
little fuller. Not louder, Fuller. Wills drumming, though not as flashy and
dominant, is more refined and explosive. The Snare Drum sound is far
superior to previous recordings.
Why the change? Different place, Different time, and changed people.
Oh...and a new producer. As a musician myself I dread the thought of making
albums that sound that sound the same. The creation of something new is
probably the most rewarding part.
Alright heres my disclaimer. Theses are my OPINIONS. There is no right or
wrong answer. Please donot fill my mail box with "You fucking suck" letters
if you don't agree. It's happened. If you've got an opinion...express it.
But Don't rag on other people cause they have one. This is a rule of thumb
on how to be a person other people don't hate.
