Jeff's right about this kinda stuff. I don't have any official word on
the band's financial status but I heard once way back before I worked with
them that they had liabilities dating back to Diary. And doing this Live
deal to get Enigk out of his solo contract (which shouldn't have anything
to do with SDRE anywoy) doesn't help much anyway...
Clarification: The live CD is only once CD! Not a double-CD. Double LP,
one CD.
And as for you who are purchasing *tapes* or *CDRs* off of eBay, STOP IT.
That's incredibly stupid! You're paying gobs of cash for something (a
live show) that you can EASILY get for free through a simple trade. A
letter I got from a Sub Pop employee brought up a good point that SDRE
fans are paying cash for bootlegs on eBay and others are harassing Sub Pop
for essentially commercializing a SDRE bootleg. So quit buying shows on
eBay and make the world a better place. brian
