Lone star sounds interesting but I can't make it :( We'll stay in touch and contact you when we come back from Rails Conf. Do you already have a date/location for your conference? Did you also talk to the Ezra/Wycats or another core team member? (as far as I know they are not aware of your plans but I'm sure they would love to hear about it).
