Online gaming? That space is pretty crowded already. While I did enjoy not having to drive to work every day, taking the express line from 72nd and Broadway to Wall St. every morning, wearing a suit and lugging around 10lb laptops in the 115 degree weather in the summertime subway station climate, are not sorely missed.
