I'm with Rob voting for a more advanced coverage of Agile, for me the hardest 
part of getting Agile at companies was in the details.  

Everybody _wanted_ Agile, even executives had heard that it was the "right" way 
to do things, but that didn't make it happen.  What we needed then was some 
real concrete advice on how to get things going, and someone to look at our 
process and point out all the toxic things that we were still doing.  
Eventually I made progress on my own, but I think it would have been a lot 
faster if we could have gotten some pragmatic advice from people who had gone 
before us.

(So in summary:  I'm looking forward to the meeting)
